Simplify Turnover Management with the Turnovers Page:
A Comprehensive Guide for Shopping Centers
For shopping center managers, owners, and investors, tracking and analyzing tenant turnover rate is a critical part of ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency. The Turnovers Page in the Inmall System is a powerful rental property software designed to help you manage, analyze, and act on turnover data with ease. This guide will walk you through the key features of the Turnovers Page and how it can streamline your property turnover management process.
What is the Turnovers Page?

The Turnovers Page provides a centralized platform for shopping center managers, owners, and investors to view and analyze tenant-submitted turnover data. With intuitive filters and analytical tools, you can track tenant turnover rate trends, identify missing submissions, and make data-driven decisions to improve your shopping center's performance and overall property management efficiency.
Key Features of the Turnovers Page

1. Time Period Selection
The Turnovers Page allows you to select a specific time period using the Date From/To filter. This flexibility ensures you can analyze rental turnover data for any timeframe, whether it's a month, quarter, or custom range, helping you understand your property turnover rates over time.

2. Missing Turnover Alerts
Below the main data display, a warning icon highlights tenants who haven't submitted their turnover data. This feature ensures you're always aware of missing submissions and can take action to follow up with tenants, maintaining accurate occupancy rates and rental income records.

3. Automated Reminder Emails
To streamline the turnover submission process and improve tenant retention, the system automatically sends reminder emails to tenants when it's time to submit their turnovers. During the onboarding process, you can set up the dates for these reminders, ensuring timely submissions without manual intervention.

4. Tenant Portal Integration
When a tenant is added to the system via the Tenants Page, an email is automatically sent to their registered email address, prompting them to complete the registration process. Each tenant has access to their own Tenant Portal, where they can submit turnovers and manage their data, enhancing overall tenant satisfaction.

5. Turnover Data Overview
The Turnovers Page displays three key types of turnover data:
  • Forecast Turnover: Data entered in the Forecast Section, providing insights into expected performance.
  • Previous Period Turnover: Historical data from the previous period for comparison.
  • Current Turnover: Real-time data submitted by tenants for the current period.
This comprehensive view allows you to track performance trends, analyze tenant turnover rates, and identify areas for improvement in your rental property management strategy.

6. Excel Export Functionality
To make data analysis even easier, the Turnovers Page includes an Excel export feature. This allows you to export a list of all tenants and their turnover data, enabling offline analysis and reporting of unit turnover statistics and lease turnover patterns.

7. Analytical Insights by Tenant Category
The Turnovers Page also provides analytical data on which tenant categories have the highest and lowest turnovers. This feature helps you identify trends and tendencies within your shopping center, allowing you to make informed decisions about tenant mix and marketing strategies to optimize your average tenant turnover rate.
Why Use the Turnovers Page?

The Turnovers Page is designed to simplify turnover management and provide actionable insights for shopping center managers. Key benefits include:
  • Improved Efficiency: Automated reminders and tenant portals reduce manual follow-ups, streamlining the make ready process.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Access to forecast, historical, and current turnover data helps you make informed decisions about property maintenance and leasing activities.
