Retail KPIs Dashboard:
Inmall Overview

Comprehensive Shopping Mall Analytics
The Inmall overview page offers users a powerful tool for retail data analysis and shopping mall analytics. This dashboard provides a comprehensive view of retail performance metrics and store-level data. Here's a breakdown of its key features:
Time Period Selection

Users can start by selecting a specific period for which they want to view all analytical data. This allows for a tailored view of the retail KPIs over the desired timeframe.
Profile and Category Selection

On the left-hand side of the interface, users can choose a profile and category to focus on. Once a category is selected, a visual representation of information highlights the corresponding spaces within the property. This data visualization makes the retail store metrics more visually intuitive and easier to understand.
Property Plan Visualization

The property plan is implemented using GeoJSON data, allowing it to be displayed as an interactive indoor map. This metrics visualization uses various colors to represent different statuses of spaces within the shopping center, including:
  • Signed: Spaces with finalized agreements.
  • Vacant: Available spaces.
  • Awaiting Signing: Spaces in the final stages of the agreement.
  • In Negotiations: Spaces under negotiation.
  • Terminated: Spaces with ended agreements.
This visual display of data provides an at-a-glance view of the property's status, helping users quickly understand current occupancy and leasing trends. The color-coded alerts make it easy to identify areas that require attention.
Key Metrics Display

In addition to the property plan, the Overview page presents several key retail store performance metrics:
  • Turnover: Current turnover rates for tenants.
  • Vacancy Rate: The percentage of unoccupied units.
  • Rent Data: Vault data and average rental price are displayed for better financial analysis.
  • Projection Data: Users can also adjust a slider to include projection data, offering foresight into future trends.

These KPIs provide valuable insights into the overall performance and profitability of the shopping center.
Array of Units Breakdown

The system categorizes units into various types, such as:

Customer Flow Integration

InMall integrates mall traffic data via API. Each shopping center typically has its own customer counter, and InMall can connect to these systems. Many partnerships have already been established to provide seamless integration of this data. The Overview page displays real-time foot traffic information, helping to track footfall patterns and customer engagement.
This feature is crucial for understanding customer experience and can be used to measure conversion rates and revenue per visit.
Tenant Status Tracking

A dedicated tenant status component displays the number of tenants in various stages:
  • Awaiting Signing: Tenants ready to finalize agreements.
  • In Negotiations: Tenants still discussing terms.
  • Terminated: Tenants whose agreements have ended.
This feature allows users to monitor tenant lifecycle stages and make informed leasing decisions, which can impact customer retention and overall shopping center performance.
Customizable Overview Page

During onboarding, mall owners can customize the Overview page to suit their specific needs. This flexibility ensures that the most relevant and crucial information is highlighted, providing a personalized and focused analytical experience. Mall owners can choose which retail metrics to display and how to visualize them, using various data visualization methods such as gauges, bar graphs, line graphs, and progress bars.
The InMall Overview page serves as a comprehensive retail KPIs dashboard, offering mall owners and managers a powerful tool for analyzing shopping center performance.
